Yoga

The practice of yoga helps us to stay centred in all of life’s circumstances.

Our approach is to practise Hatha Yoga and breath awareness in a gentle way as we believe that ‘Yoga is for Everyone’. It is sheer joy to experience the stretching of the body and the subsequent relaxation this brings.

The experience of deep relaxation with yoga nidra can be included as part of the yoga programme.

An additional focus is on:

  • beginning where we are, practising presence and acceptance of what is, and
  • understanding the mind – body link through the principles of attention and awareness.

Jennifer trained in yoga and remedial yoga at the Yoga for Health Foundation. She has been practising yoga for over 30 years.
